Our Story
Hosting and coordinating events for family and friends has brought joy to Hope and Isaac for years. After several weddings Hope coordinated in Canon City, she sensed that Fremont County could benefit from an event services company that provided excellence and affordability. It’s that simple- we saw a need, and hope to meet it! We look forward to growing our company as we continue to learn what the needs and desires of our community are.

Meet the Founders
After living on 3 continents and 7 states between them, the Griffins are so happy to have made Canon City their home.
While Isaac works full time in youth ministry and handles the delivery and set up services of FWE, Hope devotes her time to marketing, customer relations and inventory management for the company.
They are passionate about community involvement, supporting the local foster care system, and helping people create lasting memories through great events.

Bethany and Kris helped get Fremont Wedding and Events off the ground and running in the summer of 2021 through the summer of 2022, and were key in developing the values and culture that FWE seeks to embody in its services.
Kris now devotes his time to Bolkema Homes, a local home remodeling business, and Bethany divides her time between her role as a professor at CSU Pueblo, managing their Air bnb and teaching sign classes.
